Yes, we offer easy and fast exchanges. You can fill in the exchange form found on our website, or simply by scanning the QR code on the tag attached to the clothing item, which will lead you directly to the exchange form.

However, if the tags are ripped or taken off the item, the exchange will not be applicable anymore.

We offer a refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Please ensure the following conditions are met for a successful return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• All tags must be attached.
• The item should be returned in its original packaging.

For local orders, shipping takes 2-5 working days.

Unfortunately, you cannot! The couriers are not allowed to return with an open package. Please pay your fees to the courier and let us know if you’d like to exchange or refund your item.
