Shipping policy

• Standard Delivery (inside Cairo & Giza): We deliver in 1-3 working days from the date order is made.
• Standard Delivery (outside Cairo & Giza): We deliver in 2-4 working days from the date order is made.
• Same Day Delivery: We offer same day delivery inside Cairo & Giza and if you ordered before 4pm you will receive it in the same day after 4pm you will receive your order next day.
• North Coast delivery: We decided to open a new delivery location in north coast so now you can order from our website and receive your package through out your vacation.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Make sure to be near your mobile for easy contact with our courier.
2. The package can be opened.
3. Orders cannot be partially received due to shipping company policy
4. If there a problem with one of the item receive the whole order the refund or exchange the item you don't want.
